Korean Rice Cake
Korean rice cakes are not fried in oil, but boiled in water. They are healthy with less oil!
Step 1 . Pour the rice cake into the pot and add water until it has just covered the rice cake. Be sure to use a non stick pot.
Step 2 . Add white scallions and bring to a boil. When the rice cake is soft, add shredded onion.
Step 3 . Add spicy sauce to your taste.
Step 4 . Optionally add bacon or shrimp, depending on your preference.
Step 5 . Add a little sesame oil and sugar after the whole pot turns red. Finally, add the cut cabbage.
Step 6 . Add some sesame seeds and scallions before cooking, and you can serve beautifully.
