Stewed duck with potato and mushroom

This duck was given to me by my friend during the Chinese New Year. I cut it into several pieces and put them in the freezer. Now I remember and take it out to satisfy my hunger.

Main Ingredients

potato 400g

Auxiliary Ingredients

duck 100g
Dried mushrooms 50g

Step 1 . Add an appropriate amount of dried shiitake mushrooms and soak them in water.

Step 2 . Peel and wash potatoes.

Step 3 . Thawing ducks.

Step 4 . Soak the mushrooms well.

Step 5 . Cut scallions.

Step 6 . Cut potatoes.

Step 7 . Heat up the oil in the pot, add the duck, stir fry evenly, add the scallions, stir fry evenly.

Step 8 . Add water or broth, cover with fennel and simmer for half an hour.

Step 9 . Add potatoes, add an appropriate amount of salt, and continue to stew.

Step 10 . After cooking, add an appropriate amount of chicken essence.
