Fried bread

Today, I searched the refrigerator for lunch. There were ready-made cakes in the ingredients, so I cut them into shreds and fried them!

Main Ingredients

Lettuce leaves appropriate amount
onion 1
Braised beef 100 grams
Flapjack 2 sheets

Auxiliary Ingredients

Fragrant oil A few drops
salt A little
Raw smoke 2 spoons
Cooking wine 1 spoon
salad oil appropriate amount

The ingredients are adjusted according to your preference. I cook the ingredients that happen to be available at home

Step 1 . Peel and shred onions

Step 2 . Cut the marinated beef into shreds. You can also change it into shredded pork

Step 3 . Shred lettuce, preferably cabbage

Step 4 . Cut ready-made pancakes into shreds

Step 5 . Stir fry onion shreds in oil pan until fragrant

Step 6 . Add the marinated beef and stir well

Step 7 . Add some cooking wine and salt and stir well

Step 8 . Add shredded cake and stir well

Step 9 . Add some soy sauce to taste

Step 10 . Finally, mix the shredded lettuce

Step 11 . Drizzle with a few drops of sesame oil and then come out of the pot

Step 12 . Eat
