Beef balls with lotus root

This is a kind of meatball that my family has to make every year for the new year. It is a family tradition and a family tradition.

Main Ingredients

the lotus root 150g
beef 300g

Auxiliary Ingredients

This meatball can be fried directly, stewed or steamed.
