Home style rape tofu

When washing green leafy vegetables such as rape, you can use rice washing water or flour water (flour melts with water), which can effectively remove pesticide residues

Step 1 . Slice the tofu and fry it with water and starch until both sides are golden. The oil temperature doesn't need to be too high, just turn it down.
Step 2 . Wash the rape and cut it into small pieces. Marinate the tenderloin with cooking wine and soy sauce for 5 minutes. Chop the shallots, ginger and garlic and set aside.
Step 3 . Add oil into the pot. When it is 5 minutes hot, add scallion, ginger and garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
Step 4 . Put the tenderloin into the pot and spread it. Cook it with a few drops of vinegar (it can keep the meat fresh and tender).
Step 5 . When the meat changes color, add the tofu that has just been fried, stir fry it a few times, and pour in a small bowl of water.
Step 6 . After the water boils, put in the cut rape (the Rape Stalk is below and the rape leaves are above), put in a spoonful of salt, cover the pot and stew for 5 minutes.
Step 7 . Open the lid of the pot, and the dish is basically finished. Add an appropriate amount of chicken powder and stir well. Thicken it with a thin layer of starch, and drop sesame oil when coming out of the pot. Done!
