Step 1 . Choose potatoes first. Potatoes should not be too thick. Choose flat ones. Clean the potatoes without peeling, and then cut them in half from the middle. Spread a little salt evenly on the surface of potatoes.
Step 2 . Then put it into the steamer. It is better to wrap the side of the potato skin with kitchen paper, or it will be easy to warp the skin. According to the size of the potato, steam it into a slightly harder state than the mashed potato, about 15-20 minutes. Keep the potatoes long when they are big.
Step 3 . When steaming potatoes, prepare the top materials. First, it is used to buy canned tuna in the supermarket. It is sold in imported food. About a whole can can make two halves of potatoes. Tuna is tuna. Crush the tuna with a spoon, mix in a little thousand island sauce or salad sauce, and mix it into a paste.
Step 4 . Prepare cheese for baked potato mash with cheese. Buy cheese chips and freeze them in the refrigerator. Freeze them until hard. Cut them into shreds quickly before thawing. Take out the steamed potatoes, put the salad tuna fish paste, sprinkle cheese shreds on it, and wrap it with tin foil.
Step 5 . Put it into the electric oven and bake it at about 120 ℃ (my electric oven can't adjust the temperature, only this temperature). After 15-18 minutes, you can take out the cheese and eat it.
