Crispy Tofu with tomato sauce

Main Ingredients

Bean curd 1

Auxiliary Ingredients

Raisins A moderate amount of

Corn grain appropriate amount

Put more oil in the pot, or it will fry unevenly.

Step 1 . Cut tofu into pieces and blanch it in water for about 2 minutes. Drain it and set aside.

Step 2 . Mix the starch, flour and water into a paste (not too sticky) and put the tofu into the prepared batter.

Step 3 . Add oil into the frying pan. When the oil temperature is about 60% hot, add tofu, fry it until golden yellow, remove the oil, and then put it on a plate.

Step 4 . Leave some bottom oil in the pot, add tomato paste, white vinegar, sugar, and boil with water.

Step 5 . Add diced carrots, corn, green beans and raisins, boil them until thick and pour them on the tofu.
