Braised spareribs with pumpkin
This is a dish made for the Mid Autumn Festival. Come and try it.
Step 1 . Chop the pork ribs, wash them with water, soak them in the middle, and change the water several times.

Step 2 . Drain the pork ribs and cut the pumpkin into pieces.

Step 3 . Fry the pumpkin in a hot oil pan so that it is not easily stewed until it is too tender and takes shape. Serve on a plate.

Step 4 . Pour oil into the pot, add rock sugar, and simmer over low heat until the rock sugar melts and the oil forms small bubbles that turn pale yellow. (Be careful not to go too far, otherwise it will be bitter)

Step 5 . Pour in the pork ribs, stir fry until sugar colored, and wait for the pork ribs to color well.

Step 6 . Inject hot water, add ginger, garlic, an star anise, and slowly simmer over low heat.

Step 7 . When boiling to one-third water, pour in pumpkin and drizzle with a little soy sauce to make the color darker. Finally, bring to a boil over high heat, add an appropriate amount of salt, collect the sauce, and heat up.
