Stir fried cattail melon
Pugua is called gourd in some places. It is very sweet.
Step 1 . Pugua.
Step 2 . Peel and slice the cattail melon. (if the melon pulp is old, remove it.)
Step 3 . Slice ginger and chop garlic.
