Scrambled egg with persimmon pepper

Stir fry persimmon pepper with eggs in less oil.

Main Ingredients

Persimmon pepper 4

Seasonings

soy sauce 1 / 2 tsp
salt 1/2

Step 1 . Break the pieces of persimmon and pepper by hand.

Step 2 . Scramble the eggs first.
