Fried Tofu with Eggplant

Eggplant and bean curd are my big favorites. They are delicious and tasty when stir fried together. Add a little red pepper to add color and flavor.

Main Ingredients

Bean curd 1
eggplant 1

Auxiliary Ingredients

Garlic few
green pepper 2

Seasonings

five-spice powder few
salt few
Peanut oil appropriate amount

Step 1 . Remove the root of fresh purple eggplant, wash, peel, shred, and set aside.

Step 2 . Cut tofu into pieces and set aside.
