Step 1 . Peel fresh ginger, cut it into slices, and put it in the pot.
Step 2 . Squeeze orange juice and boil it with ginger slices. Then add 3 tablespoons of barbecue sauce and simmer slightly.
Step 3 . Pre cooked fresh corn. Peel and divide into approximately 3-4 centimeter sized pieces. Cut onions and chicken into similar sized pieces and string them together with corn.
Step 4 . Dip corn, onion, and chicken skewers in the sauce and add them to a baking sheet. Pour the remaining sauce on top. Leave it for 1 hour. Then bake it until the chicken is golden on the outer edges, until it is ripe. (Bake at 200 degrees for 25-35 minutes)
