
Bacon and potato soup
This is a common soup in western families. It usually goes with French bread or toast.
Step 1 . Potatoes, celery, finely diced onions

Step 2 . Stir fry the diced bacon and butter until golden brown.

Step 3 . Stir fry chopped onions, diced potatoes and diced celery for a while.

Step 4 . Add water, salt, and black pepper to a large heat and boil it for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are rotten.

Step 5 . Sprinkle half a cup of flour into the soup, and stir slowly over low heat (to prevent caking).

Step 6 . Pour in milk and boil it.
