Home made bean curd

Step 5 . 2 grams of lactone are boiled with 20 grams of cold boiled water.

Step 6 . The temperature of soybean milk should be 90-95 ℃. Pour it directly into the basin containing lactone.

Step 7 . Allow to stand for 10-15 minutes

Step 8 . According to personal preference, add leek flower sauce and marinate
