Step 4 . Beat the yolk into the red bean yoghurt that has been mixed. Then fill with flour (which can be sieved). Add it a little bit and mix it into a paste.

Step 5 . Start the hardest work - egg whites.

Step 6 . Whisk until creamy. Can build a small triangle
