This is a pure healthy version of mine. It doesn't use any oil or other seasonings. It has the taste of pumpkin. It's sweet, and the baked cake will be more fragrant than the steamed one. Try it
Step 1 . Steam the pumpkin until soft and mashed
Step 2 . Steam the pumpkin until soft and rotten, then mash it

Step 4 . After mixing, put the noodles in a warm place and wait for fermentation
Step 5 . After the pumpkin dough is fermented, take a cake and roll it into a round cake with a rolling pin, then wait for the second fermentation
Step 6 . After the second fermentation, put the pancake in a flat bottomed non stick pan, slowly burn it with a low fire, and then turn the other side over. Be sure to use a low fire, because the high fire will burn and not cooked
Step 7 . Burn both sides until golden, and then remove from the pot
