
Fried beef with tomato and scallion
I've been working out recently. I've abandoned pork. I like tomatoes best in summer, so I have this dish. It's enough for one person.
Step 1 . Cut the beef and marinate it with salt, egg white and cooking wine for half an hour

Step 2 . Chopped scallion

Step 3 . Peel and cut tomatoes

Step 4 . Heat up a wok, add oil and onion to fry

Step 5 . Stir fry beef

Step 6 . Add tomatoes and stir fry

Step 7 . Add proper amount of stock and simmer it for about 10 minutes, then the juice will be collected.

Step 8 . OK, eat!
