Sauerkraut with white meat

This is a northeast dish. People in Northeast China will pickle cabbage every winter. This kind of pickled cabbage is different from those in the south. Stewed sauerkraut and fried sauerkraut are characteristic northeast dishes.

Step 1 . Main ingredients: shredded pickled cabbage, white meat

Step 2 . Slice the cooked white meat.
