Fried squid with curry pepper

Main Ingredients

Step 1 . Prepare 6 squid. (there are 4 pictures, too few and two more)

Step 2 . Wash the squid, remove the black ink gall inside, and cut it into pieces by cross cutting back and forth with a knife.

Step 3 . Put water into the pot and bring it to a boil. Scald the squid and take it out.

Step 4 . Pour out the water in the pot, put it on the stove and heat it, add an appropriate amount of oil and saute minced garlic.
