Sausage and onion slices

This is a simple home-made dish. It is said to be simple because the ingredients and cooking methods are all zero cooking skills. But the taste is really good. Even if there are guests at home, it is a good choice to stir fry this dish.

Main Ingredients

Sausage 100g
onion 1

Auxiliary Ingredients

Oyster sauce 10 g

oil 10 g

1. Without oyster sauce, you can use raw soy sauce with a little sugar.2. The whole process should be done at one go to keep the crisp and tender taste of onions.

Step 1 . Main and auxiliary ingredients: sausage, onion.

Step 2 . Sausages are steamed in advance, cooled and sliced.
