Shaowusu, as the name suggests, is a vegetarian dish made of five kinds of seasonal vegetables. The original intention of learning to cook this dish is to eat more fish and meat during the festival. Fresh seasonal vegetables are needed to balance the nutrition. Step 1 . Peel the yam and soak it in cold water.
