Raw steak and vegetable Platter

There are many people at home, so we simply make it a semi buffet. Especially when we get good beef, we just make a steak platter.

Main Ingredients

Just scald the broccoli with boiling water. The virgin fruit fried in the steak pot tastes delicious.

Step 1 . The beef was broken with the tip of a knife, and the blood was wiped clean with a kitchen paper towel.

Step 2 . I massaged it with my hands. In order to be tender, I used a pinch of baking soda to wipe it evenly.

Step 11 . After the butter melts, pour the oil on the meat with a spoon.

Step 12 . You can feel the butter juice absorbed by the meat. It's good if the meat doesn't shed blood any more. In a cast iron pot, turn the sides for up to two minutes.

Step 13 . Put the meat on a bamboo chopping board for a while.

Step 14 . Put the virgin fruit and the scalded broccoli in the pan that just fried the meat, stir fry it, and season it with salt.

Step 15 . Mix crushed black pepper, oyster sauce and water into a sauce. Put it into the pot and thicken it to become black pepper sauce.

Step 16 . When the temperature of the beef drops to a little higher than the body temperature, you can cut it into large pieces with a knife.

Step 17 . Plate, steak and mashed potatoes with sauce. Mashed potatoes, steak, virgin fruit, broccoli... It looks very rich
