Vegetable tripe mixed with beef

Main Ingredients

Konjac maw 1 bag
Beef slices 200g

Auxiliary Ingredients

mashed garlic appropriate amount
onion A moderate amount

Seasonings

Sesame oil appropriate amount
capsicol appropriate amount
salt appropriate amount

Step 1 . Boil the beef slices in boiling water.

Step 2 . Remove and let cool for standby.

Step 3 . Wash konjac maw with water, drain and change the knife. I'm missing some onions. I forgot to take photos.

Step 4 . Put the fat beef, vegetarian tripe and onion in a bowl. Add garlic puree, salt, sesame oil and chili oil.

Step 5 . Mix well.
