Steamed Rice with Lazy Eggs
You can eat in ten minutes... Lazy people have breakfast on weekdays.
Step 1 . The leftover quinoa rice from the last meal was microwaved for a minute and a half. Add a bag of crushed seaweed.
Step 2 . Mix well.
Step 3 . Add scallions and salt to two eggs.
