Main Ingredients

Front leg meat 1000g

Auxiliary Ingredients

Dry pepper appropriate amount
Geranium leaf appropriate amount
chinese cinnamon appropriate amount

Garlic appropriate amount
ginger appropriate amount

Seasonings

Oyster sauce appropriate amount
Chicken essence appropriate amount
Rice Wine appropriate amount
Regular smoking appropriate amount
Light soy sauce appropriate amount
salt appropriate amount
oil appropriate amount

The meat is better fried with salt.

Step 1 . Cut the meat into pieces.

Step 2 . Dried chilli with ginger, garlic, anise, cinnamon, fragrant leaves.

Step 12 . The water boils and is poured into an electric pressure cooker to stew.

Step 13 . Stewed for an hour, soft and delicious, add chicken essence to the pot.
