Braised Tofu with Shelled Shrimp
Step 1 . Wash the shrimps and pick the sausage paste on the back. Add salt, pepper, egg white and starch for sizing. Cook with 70 ℃ oil temperature.

Step 2 . Wash and cut straw mushroom and pea into pieces; Cut tofu and fry it until golden.
Step 3 . Chop the onion and ginger into a pot and stir fry until fragrant. Then add the bean paste, the God of Wealth oyster sauce and other condiments. Add ginger, shrimps, straw mushrooms, Dutch beans and bean curd, and simmer in soup for 5 minutes. Stir in sesame oil and serve.
