Easy to use raisin Muffin

Main Ingredients

Brandy pickled raisins appropriate amount
baking powder 5 g
Low powder 120 g
milk 60 g
Corn oil 50 g
salt 1g
White sugar 40g
egg 1

Step 1 . Beat the eggs and add white sugar and salt.

Step 2 . Stir well and add corn oil.

Step 3 . Stir well before adding milk.

Step 4 . Stir, mix and sift in the low powder baking powder. (preheat oven)

Step 5 . Stir well and add raisins.

Step 6 . Gently mix it for several times, pour it into the mold and bake it at 190 ℃ for 20 minutes.

Step 7 . Done.
