Step 1 . Wash with red beans, black rice, oats and job's tears, and soak in cold or hot water for 4 hours. (PS hot water soaking will be faster)
Step 2 . Boil the above materials (red beans, black rice, oats, job's tears) in an electric boiler for 20 to 30 minutes! (which beans are not soft after cooking!) The next step is very important!
