Spinach corn Muffin

Main Ingredients

corn flour 2/3 Cup
Low powder one ¼ Cup
baking powder 3 teaspoons
Spinach 100g
milk 3/4 cup
egg 2 capsules
salt 1/2 tsp
sugar 3/4 Cup
Unsalted Butter 1/3 Cup

Step 1 . Chop the spinach and beat it with milk to make juice

Step 2 . Add the warmed cream to the sugar and beat the eggs well

Step 3 . Then add spinach milk juice and mix well

Step 4 . Finally, add low flour, corn flour, salt and baking powder

Step 5 . Preheat the oven at 350 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes
