Garlic fish bone

One fish for four - garlic fish bones

Main Ingredients

Vinegar 1/2 teaspoon
Sichuan Pepper 20 pieces
Sweet Potato Powder 4 teaspoons
pepper 1/2 teaspoon
The entire tail fish bone 400 grams

Auxiliary Ingredients

Chicken essence 1 teaspoon
Douban sauce 2 teaspoons

Step 1 . Remove the whole fishbone with tail from the head and meat;
