Braised pork with dried bamboo shoots

Main Ingredients

pork 390g
dried bamboo shoots 80g

Seasonings

monosodium glutamate appropriate amount
Zero calorie sugar appropriate amount
salt appropriate amount
Old smoke appropriate amount
Cooking wine appropriate amount

Step 1 . Ingredients: dried bamboo shoots (soaked for several hours).

Step 2 . Pork (washed, diced and blanched).

Step 3 . Clean and remove the dried bamboo shoots.

Step 4 . Put it on the chopping board and cut it into sections.
