Fried beef fillet with fresh squid

Main Ingredients

Fresh squid 650g

Auxiliary Ingredients

Cayenne pepper 150g

Seasonings

Rice Wine 20 ml
Oyster sauce appropriate amount
soy sauce a few
oil appropriate amount

Step 1 . Cut fresh squid with a knife and scald it for 30 seconds.
