Chicken Soup with Chinese Yam
Fresh in one word, Chinese yam thickens the spleen and stomach, and chicken is warm in nature. Occasionally, stew a pot to warm and nourish the body.
Step 1 . Purchase half a chicken and have the seller process it into chunks, and also buy a large section of fresh yam.
