Squeezing Pig Xue Meiniang

A while ago, I was traveling to Nanjing and saw this popular Squeezing Pig Snow Maiden. However, when I arrived at the store, I was out of stock and had to book it a day or two in advance. In a fit of anger, I came back and started making it myself. Today, I finally finished cutting it, but it's actually very simple. Go ahead and make it!

Step 1 . Prepare ingredients.

Step 2 . Pour all ingredients except butter and light cream into a bowl, mix and stir until there are no particles, then add a little pink food coloring, and mix well.

Step 3 . Filter the batter and pour it into a pot. Heat over medium heat and stir until the dough is cooked into chunks. Then turn to low heat and continue stirring.

Step 4 . Stir until the dough is not sticky with a silicone scraper, then turn off the heat. Add 15g of butter while it is hot. Mix the dough with the butter at the remaining temperature, and wait for it to completely blend. Take it out and place it in a bowl. Cover with cling film and refrigerate until completely cooled.

Step 5 . After cooling the dough, remove it and cut a small piece to add a little pink food coloring. Mix well and make pig ears, nose, and tail for later use.

Step 6 . Divide the remaining dough into six parts, knead them round, and roll them into thin slices for later use.

Step 7 . Cut bananas into small pieces and set aside. Add light cream and an appropriate amount of white sugar, beat until nine times distributed, and then put them into a decorative bag.

Step 8 . Spread the dough into a circular bowl, squeeze in a layer of light cream, and then add bananas.

Step 9 . Squeeze in light cream and cover with bananas, then lift the dough and pinch it tightly in the middle.

Step 10 . Just pull out or cut off the excess dough at the closing point, and then put the white and chubby "little pig head" into the fresh-keeping box.

Step 11 . Dip in water and stick the pig's nose, ears, and tail onto it.
