Roasted wing root
Step 1 . Wash chicken wing roots and add 2-3 spoons of barbecue sauce, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 1 spoonful of aged soy sauce, and 1 spoonful of consumed oil (if there is no barbecue sauce at home, add 1 spoonful of thirteen spices, 1 spoonful of chili powder, 1 spoonful of black pepper, salt, and sugar).
