Step 1 . Tofu: cut it into 1cm thick chunks, put it in a boiling water pot and boil for 3 minutes - remove the supercooled water - use the hand sauce tofu to break it into grape sized chunks (as shown in the picture). Step 2 . Eggs: break up the frying pan and fry until done - use a shovel to break the eggs into pieces the same size as the crushed tofu pieces.
Step 3 . Deep fried pepper oil - put a little olive oil in the pot - put 10 pieces of pepper into the pot and deep fry it until it starts to smoke black - remove the pepper particles and do not cut the chives into pieces: cut the chives into small pieces to make the sauce of raw garlic: mix it with cold sauce and mash it into garlic paste - add a spoonful of raw pepper and marinate it for a while to dry the pepper: knead it into chili powder by hand
Step 4 . Open mix: fold the tofu on the egg -- put the mushroom slices -- put the chopped shallots and chilli on the egg -- pour the newly fried pepper oil on the chopped shallots while hot -- pour the soy sauce and garlic juice on the egg -- mix well and serve
